5-day proof of value

Bring us your hardest support cases.

We will prove what Mosaic can automate in five days.

We shadow a real case from your support operation before pitching anything. By Day 5, you have a business case built on your own data not a vendor projection. No commitment until you see the results.

Why pilots stall

Most pilots do not fail at the demo. They fail after.

That's why Mosaic AI takes a different approach.

The Mosaic approach
The old way
A 5-day proof of value with a defined outcome.
Defined start. Defined end. Long enough to prove it, short enough that it does not become a second job.
Pilots drag on for months with no defined end.
The launch date slips, the internal team inherits the work, and by the time leadership asks about ROI you are still implementing.
We run on your real cases, in your real environment.
No sandbox. No staged data. You see it work before anyone mentions a contract.
Vendors demo on their data, not yours.
You see what the software can do in a controlled environment. You do not see what it does for your team.
We own the implementation end to end.
Your team spends a couple of hours. We handle the connection, diagnosis, and configuration.
You inherit the implementation as a project.
Configuration, data work, and tuning fall on your team. The vendor hands you the software and hopes you make it work.
Your business case is built from your own support data.
We shadow a real case to quantify the savings AI can deliver. Your CFO sees what we see.
ROI projections are based on vendor assumptions.
Business cases are built on industry benchmarks or best-case scenarios. Your CFO sees a guess.
Day 5 is built to reach a decision.
Move forward with confidence, or walk away clean. No open questions, no obligation.
Pilots end in "let's circle back."
Nothing gets decided. The project stalls. You have spent months with nothing to show leadership.
Before the pilot

We watch before we build.

Most vendors skip straight to the pitch. We start by understanding exactly how your support runs. The shadowing session is where we map the opportunity before anyone mentions a contract.

AI Opportunity Report
A plain-language summary of friction points, in your engineer's words.
A cost model showing time lost today, translated into annualised cost for your team size.
A recommended starting point for your proof of value: specific systems, use cases, and success criteria.
A map of where your support knowledge lives and which sources are reachable natively vs. require migration.

Illustrative · at a glance
In a shadowing session with a mid-market B2B SaaS company running an 85-person support team, we found:

4.2h
Time lost per engineer per week across 5+ disconnected sources.
~$740K
Annualised cost of lost time across an 85-person team.
3
Mosaic use cases prioritised for the proof of value.

Every figure in your readout comes from what your engineer told us — not industry averages. That specificity is what makes the business case credible to your leadership.

Proof at scale

What a 5-day pilot looks like at scale.

"We scaled our Mosaic deployment from production pilot to full adoption across multiple business units in under 10 weeks. The team achieved a 39% reduction in the cost to resolve a support case in the first 90 days."

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers about the shadowing session and the 5-day pilot. Have another question?

Contact Us

What does shadowing session actually involve?

Purple and Blue circle

We join a live support session with one of your engineers and follow a real ticket from first contact to resolution. We observe every system your team touches, every handoff between people, and every step where time is spent or lost. The session takes 60 minutes. Your engineer runs it exactly as they normally would — we observe, ask clarifying questions, and take notes. You don't need to prepare anything in advance.

What resources do we need to provide?

purple and blue circle`

One engineer and 60 minutes of their time for the shadowing session. We handle the rest. For the 5-day pilot, we'll need read access to 3–5 systems and a point of contact to validate our findings on Day 4. There is no heavy IT involvement, no migration, and no data work required from your team.

What does the Day 5 business case include?

Purple and blue circle

A cost-to-resolve analysis built from your ticket data, a quantified opportunity sizing across deflection and handle time, a realistic ROI timeline based on your environment, and an executive brief formatted for your CFO or AI committee. Everything is built from what we observed and measured in your operation — not industry benchmarks or vendor projections.

Is there any cost for the shadowing session or pilot?

Purple and blue circle

No. The shadowing session and the 5-day proof of value carry no upfront cost. We invest the time because we only move forward when the fit is clear for both sides. You pay nothing until you see the results and choose to proceed.

What happens after Day 5?

Purple and blue circle

You receive the business case and make a decision. If you want to move forward, we scope the initial deployment together — typically starting with Rep Assistant — and go live within weeks. If you decide not to proceed, you keep the business case and the workflow maps. No obligation, no follow-up pressure.

Can we run this while evaluating another vendor?

Purple and blue circle

Yes. The shadowing session and pilot are designed to run independently of any other evaluation you're conducting. If you're mid-implementation with Agentforce or another platform, Mosaic AI integrates with it rather than replacing it — so there's no conflict. Many customers begin evaluating Mosaic AI precisely because another rollout stalled or underdelivered.
